There are 5 steps in the process: 1) Application through British graduate agency 2) Video interview where you record you answers, you have 120 secs to answer and 1 minute to prepare after you've got the question. 3) Phone interview foe about 15-30 mins with agency recruiter. 4) Skype interview with PVH 5) Assessment center I got to have the phone interview and in general I thought it went okay and was able to answer the questions. But got declined for getting further in the process (to Skype interview). Sent e-mail to ask feedback - still waiting for reply. In general good experience so far with the agency. Medium hard to complete. Need to know fashion industry! Also I read they take in only 1 applicant to the program each year.
