Three round interview process. The first is a phone call with a recruiter, the second is a phone call with a regional underwriting manager, and the third is a full day of interviews with five people on the underwriting team.

I loved the interviewing process at PURE. Everyone was so welcoming and kind, and the process was straightforward. I never felt uninformed or unsure of the next steps. There was a case study interview that was very straightforward and not super challenging at all.

very smooth and accommodating. The team is very sweet and the interview process was extremely organized. I met over the phone 3 times, then had a 3 hour interview with 5 different members of the team

The first round of interview process was a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. There were 2 more rounds but unfortunately was not selected to continue. Still a positive experience.
