First interview was with the Teamhead of People & Organization Compensation and Benefits and lasted 45 minutes. She asked basic questions and provided details about the role and structure of the team and promised I will hear back regarding next steps soon. It has been over 2 months since the interview and haven't received any communication- not even an automated rejection email.
