First round interview by two scientists about my PhD work(30 min), then HR interview, then was asked to provide few dates available for second round team interview. Being ghosted for about one month. Then finally scheduled second round team interview after about 2 months.

Q: Why do you want to join pharma industry? What do you think about this opportunity? What's the earliest time can you start? And a lot of other specific questions based on my phd work.
