1. HR Interview: Asking about your personality and your past experience
2. Consultant Interview: Asking the way you solve a problem and approach your team in work.
3. User Interview: Job Offering and Salary negotiation

Process consists of 3 stages HR interview, technical interview and user interview. Back then, I need go to Jakarta from my hometown. And the travel cost is not reimburse able. All of recruitment cost is on us on candidate
