You get a 1000$ bonus in first paycheck, but have to pay it back if you don’t stay for at least 6 months. Second 1000$ bonus is given at 6 months and you get to keep it if you stay another 6 months. Onboarding process is about 3 weeks and includes a health screening through advent health.

Process was pretty simple. Did a phone screen. Got setup with an interview and then got hired! Pretty simple a good process. On boarding did take some time but nothing super strenuous.
