The CEO is a very nice person and everything is determined by him. But they do not follow a formal and normal hiring procedure. They had me to talk to every other employees, it really took a long time. They are not trained professional interviewers , just asked whatever they like to ask. It took me a month, they did not reply quickly, Highly doubt if they really wanna hire or not.
