Very informal -- had one phone screen with HR asking me what my desired pay was. Had a follow up with a lead on the project I would be working at. Didn't ask me about my experience or education, just general questions to see if I did any research on the position at all.

Interviews were direct to the point. Initial interview by the recruiter, just to verify my credentials and experience. Next interview is by the Hiring team. Mine was a panel interview questions are more about my knowledge about the industry standards and checking of my experiences. Next interview was all already about the JO.
