I have have been with PSA for 9 years. The F2F was a good experience. Made a lot of friends and we helped each other through the day. Get to know everyone in the room. Work together as a team in the team building project.

Tell us what qualities you should have to make you a good Flight Attendant?
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
