Entretien
The overall interview process was very fast and organized; entire process took maybe about 3 weeks, if that. I did the application online, then there was a VI about a week later, followed by the F2F in Charlotte, NC. F2F was in a panel style and we answered questions in small groups, there were about two situational questions total (describe a time when questions), be sure to use the STAR METHOD. My interview was great and I felt pretty confident about it. Later that same day I received my CJO via email. Had a great experience with them but due to the pay, unable to accept the position at this time.

Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
