First, they emailed a behavioral questionnaire, next they emailed a video interview, then there was a group interview, then I had a one on one interview. You are asked to stand in front of a group and read a script that you would need to announce as a flight attendant. At the group interview, they tell you how little you are paid at the company and give you a chance to leave.

Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
