I applied online using the application on their website, including my resume and cover letter. Then received an email giving me information about an upcoming open house. Many of us arrived early and gathered outside the room, introducing ourselves and talking. When the time arrived, airline staff sat outside the doors and checked us in. Once the open house began, there was a recruiting panel and they all introduced themselves and their role within the company, where they were located and their experience. Then, one by one they each presented a topic, and were very thorough.
