First, you receive a couple of tasks - to answer customer emails. Then it's an online interview with someone from HR and the team leader. They ask standard interview questions, nothing hard.

Applied via Glassdoor and received immediate response via email - asked to answer their user product related questions and emails, then requested to come for an interview which was informal but not informative. (My questions to the HR representative related to the job role were not answered) Was told I would be notified within a week, however, more than a week later my application was rejected with a copy/paste rejection email.
