First I met with the recruiter to discuss my experience and the role. Then I met with the "hiring manager" (the head of Pride One), then the CFO and the actual hiring manager. Each interview was about 30-60 mins. The first interview we discussed my experience and then I was being sold on the company. The CFO and hiring manager asked about my experience and the requirements of the role.
