I was approached by a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from India, I sent her my resume and answered all the questions but when I shared my current salary she gosthed me! This was so disrespectful and unprofessional of her. I bet that the company doesn’t want to be seen this way, but this was how I was treated.
