The interview took place in the Ottawa office where I met with one of the company's partners and another research associate. I was invited for the interview after I had passed a test for research associates, testing my abilities in quantitative and qualitative reasoning. Even though the test was quite difficult, the questions I was asked during the interview were easy and generally asking about my skills and experiences that I have had as a researcher. However, it was not clear to me what position I was exactly being interviewed for and what exactly the conditions of my job would be.
