How will you promote our agenda and desire to increase our rates to the public, to family members, fellow church members, or close friends?

We spend a lot of time establishing connections with local leaders, such as state representatives, tribal leaders, and other decision makers. PNM's policy does not allow us to charge alcohol on our company credit cards, but "let's be real here", many of these meetings take place at happy hour or over dinner or in large groups during the Round House each year. Do you mind picking up the tab sometimes for some of these people, especially if helps push our proposed policy along?
