Phone interview asking basic, job-related questions followed by an on site interview with manager. All scheduling and negotiating done through HR rep who may not even be in your potential location (PNC has hubs in every building/city that another bank they bought out had their headquarters: Cleveland, Louisville, Baltimore, etc etc). Ran into issues when my rep didn't give me very clear directions to my interview. Interviews are conducted by your direct manager as well as your work lead, PNC has no set interviewing process.
