A recruiter called and asked me a few questions about my experience and work history. She liked what she heard so she offered and scheduled an interview with the Branch Manager. During the interview with the Branch Manager, we discussed my work experience and he asked me a few scenerio questions and then asked why did I leave my last job. Be prepared to give a good explanation. Honesty is key! After that interview, I received another call from the recruiter asking me to attend a second interview with the Regional Manager. After which I was made an offer and regretfully took the job.

Very easy. Recruiting works on weekends. First interview scheduled was for a group interview about 12 people. It lasted about two hours. Everyone answered the same questions. They called the next day with first offer.
