submitted online heard back a few months later I was selected for a first-round video interview. Simple behavioral and resume questions/ why real estate & pnc. Were interested in D&I experience. Then was invited to super day a few weeks later. 3 30 min interviews with 2-3 regional managers. Interviews had similar questions as first round. Did not seem that engaged. Basically ghosted me until I asked several times for post interview feedback. Then got a call and email that I did not get an offer
