I had a really bad experience with PNC recruiting process. It started with a routine phone screen with the recruiter which went fine after which a technical interview was scheduled and I was invited for onsite. The onsite interview went well. I got call from the recruiter the next day that the team liked me and I was told I got the job. He discussed the compensation and told me that I should receive a written offer letter in 3 weeks because of their internal approval process. It has been 3 months from that call, there was no further communication from the recruiter. I followed up a few times via email and phone but there was no response. It was extremely frustrating that recruiters from reputed financial organization would ghost me this way after the verbal offer. I understand that I don't have the offer until it is written down but I think I deserve a response after going through the onsite interview process.
