Honestly I do not remember how I applied for the program but I had an on-campus interview which was about 30 minutes long with 2 people and they asked mostly behavioral questions. I honestly did not feel great about the interview, but two weeks later I got a phone call inviting me to Pittsburgh to attend their Super Day event. I had two interviews, they both asked behavioral and situational questions. The interviewers were very nice and we had a great conversation. Very relaxed environment. I thought I did very well and felt very hopefully, but unfortunately a few days later was told they were pursuing other candidates.
