J'ai passé un entretien chez PNC Financial Services Group
Entretien
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied for multiple branch sales and service positions in my area and got a call a week later for a phone interview. I passed the phone interview and went in for the in person interview. I showed up early and waited for 15 minutes after the scheduled time while the branch manager and the RM met in the glass office. My interview was originally supposed to be with the RM. I ended up interviewing with the BM who was Ms. Personality. The RM came in for the last 3 minutes to ask one question about how I met my sales goals in other positions. The recruiter ghosted me after the interview. The questions were all based on performance in previous jobs. Judging by the branch manger I met with it doesn’t seem like a happy work environment.

Interviewed with both the assistant and branch manager. They were really down to earth and personable. I was called for a second interview with the regional manager. He was genuine and really wants the best people for the job he was straight forward but not intimidating at all.
