After submitting my resume through my school's recruiting website, I was given an initial interview on-campus. There was a reception the night before the interview, and I was able to meet the interviewers as well as other PNC employees. The questions were all behavioral and the for the most part I felt like it was more of a conversation. I got a callback in less than a week being told that I had qualified for the next round of interviews called "Superday." I have not attended this event yet, but I know that there will be a reception dinner prior to the "Superday" at a hotel. The following day will consist of 3 different interviews throughout the day. As far as I am aware, this is the final round of interviews for the position.

Online process, they will send you a link to schedule your online interview. The interview is one where you record yourself answering the interview question. They will review your interview after you submit all your recordings.
