A combination of telephone screens, referrals, personal interviews with potential team mates, interview with my hiring manager followed by a personal interview with the company owner. The process was thorough and well structured and allowed me to learn about the business and the team while they learned about me. Having the face to face interviews at the corporate office afforded me an opportunity to meet many of my teammates.
