The interview was a two day event in person with meals and hotel provided. interviews interviews themselves were behavioral questions with three different panels. questions such as “A time you didn’t get along with somebody on your team” “ A time you made a mistake” etc

There were two back to back interviews in one day in person, got to meet different people on the team - they were all behavioral questions that followed the STAR format. Everything went well and the process was seamless.

They have multiple in-person panel interview rounds. They use the STAR format and it's a very unstressful interview. If you have the desire to learn and interested in PJM you'll have a good chance at getting the job.
