There were 5 interviews before I was hired. If was one of the longest interview processed I have experienced. I also had to do an extensive background check and drug test before starting

All behavioral based questions. “Tell me about a time when”
For a contract admin assistant position, there were 2 rounds. The first was with the direct supervisor and a Senior EA. The second was in office with the regional managers, supervisor, and the person you are going to cover. For the full time position, it is longer and the turnaround time is very long.

First round was a general screen with two employees where we walked through my resume. My second round was with one employee which was confusing as I had been told it was two people.
