Four back-to-back interviews of 30 minutes each. Two of them with members of the Special Sits team and the other two with members of the Alts Asset Management team. The interviews went pretty good and the interviewers were quite nice, except for a senior VP who was on his phone the whole time while he interviewed me.

Telefoninterview, technisch mit typischen fixed income Fragen nach duration, Zinskurve, Verschiebungen, Markteinschätzung, spreads, PIMCO Produkte und Fokus, Marktverständnis. Insgesamt angenehm aber fordernd mit wenig Zeit für Fragen, anschließend folgt der super day
Before the interview, HR rescheduled twice saying the recruiter was just unavailable so it needed to be rescheduled with another recruiter. During the interview, the second recruiter appeared clearly uninterested from the beginning, asked questions in an interrogation manner, challenged my answers about my own experience, completely missed the focus of my background in certain areas and smirked when she thought she successfully tricked me. Totally unprofessional. I absolutely doubt if she could capture candidates’ profiles accurately for hiring managers to screen. Do not recommend applying to this company.
