Several rounds with multiple people, including your direct manager, their manager, colleagues, and senior employees that you would work with, followed by a 6 hour Superday. Very drawn out process, often meeting with the same people repeatedly. Structured.
Bin noch mittendrin.. aber dauert sehr lang bis wann man zurueck hoert. Die erste Runde musst du HireVue machen, indem du dich selber aufnimmst. Dann kommt eine Runde Mit HR.

Telefoninterview, technisch mit typischen fixed income Fragen nach duration, Zinskurve, Verschiebungen, Markteinschätzung, spreads, PIMCO Produkte und Fokus, Marktverständnis. Insgesamt angenehm aber fordernd mit wenig Zeit für Fragen, anschließend folgt der super day
Before the interview, HR rescheduled twice saying the recruiter was just unavailable so it needed to be rescheduled with another recruiter. During the interview, the second recruiter appeared clearly uninterested from the beginning, asked questions in an interrogation manner, challenged my answers about my own experience, completely missed the focus of my background in certain areas and smirked when she thought she successfully tricked me. Totally unprofessional. I absolutely doubt if she could capture candidates’ profiles accurately for hiring managers to screen. Do not recommend applying to this company.
