Overall, a great experience with a smooth interview process. Consisted of two rounds - a standard design test (branding & promotional) and one round of panel interview with HR, team lead and design lead. Interviewers seemed friendly and professional. Was left with a positive impression as they seemed not just interested in my qualifications, but also asked a lot of thoughtful questions which felt as if they were genuinely invested in getting to know me as a potential team member. This is quite rare compared to other interviews I’ve been to. They also took the time to answer all my questions in detail, which is greatly appreciated. Initially, I had some reservations after seeing some reviews here, but the interviewer did mention it’s an entirely new team now, which was reassuring. While I ultimately declined the role due to the benefits compared to my other job offer, I would still recommend this company to those eager to work hard and build their portfolios.
