Reached out to one of the recruiters to see if there was a job opening and sent my resume. Recruiter gave me a phone call and we talked. Asked to come up to the office and see what the job is like and normal interview questions. Honestly pretty easy if you study the website. They are just looking to see if you are competent enough to be able to act professional on the phone with business owners and have the drive and patience to do cold call sales. If you study the website, understand what they do and talk about how you understand customer service, you will do fine.

Tell me what you know about PHMG. What drives you to come into work happy and motivated. Tell me what customer service means to you.
Straightforward, phone interview with recruiter and then in office where you talk to 2 managers and may be asked to do a mock call. After the interview I was called to inform that I would not be moving forward. I asked for feedback and I was told it was company policy to not give feedback to the candidate after the final decision was made.

2. Microsoft Teams Virtual interview with the same recruiter
3. In-person interview at the office with multiple leaders and I got an offer the next day

Simple, straightforward questions, don't really want to trick you, just see if oyu can handle the grind. This is paramount as the grind is insane here so they emphasize it quite a bit.
