The interview is conducted in person or via zoom conference with a Regional Vice President in the company. The atmosphere is very professional and relationship building. Questions are asked relative to my previous employment, current employment, and qualifications that make me a great asset to the company.

The name, "Primerica" was hidden within their abbreviation, I found out while giving the interview. Most of the interview was spent trying to convince me to join them rather than for me to convince them to hire me.
