First was a phone interview, which went really well. I enjoyed speaking with the individual over the phone. It took a few weeks before a face to face was scheduled, but I was told it would happen. The face to face interview was ok. The two individuals interviewing me asked good questions, however they didn't seem too engaged with me on my questions. Then I waited a couple more weeks, and they told me they would like to do a final all day interview. I met with various people, everyone asking more or less the same question. Then I met with the two people who I met during the first face to face interview. They asked me all the same questions again. I emailed everyone I met that day saying thank you. Then after about a week they said they were going a different route.
