Applied online for FT Trading opportunity. I received the math and personality test. Pretty easy. I never got back from them though, even after emailing the recruiter twice. Negative experiences because in my eyes, if I take the time to complete assessments, perhaps the applicant deserves a yes or no to moving throughout the hiring process.
it was a total of 9 rounds, back to back, including card games, behavioral interviews, shadowing traders. Overall was very fun and friendly. Reception followed where you could network with the team.

Applied online. Got an email later on with a series of tests. Some easy, some harder, Math test was basic but timed. Then came a test for pattern recognition where they'd throw you a sequence of figures and ask yout to select what the next figure in the sequence would be. Then got called in for interviews. First was a guy with some easy qs about finances and then a couple of minutes of timed mental math (tough). Then a more senior guys just asking regular interview qs.

An online assessment or two then a super day. Super day had 6 30 min interviews spread across the day. Not too hard individually, but it's an exhausting day. They were very nice to me throughout.

Options trading game at the super day. Typical "why do you want to be a trader" questions too. Also, a written coding challenge in a made-up language
