There was an initial interview with the HR director which was followed a few days later by an interview with a Construction Manager. Both took no longer than 1 hour. The interview process was friendly and involved questions being asked such as why you want the job, why you are qualified, and hypothetical's as to how you would act in a certain situation relative to the construction process/industry. A drug test was a requirement afterwards.

First I met with a hiring manager who asked me some basic interview questions and took notes. He then connected me with a project manager who I had another interview with to see if I would be a good fit for their team.
