I initially applied for the role back in December through the co-op job board at the University of Calgary. One morning I received a phone call from PCL stating that they would like to do a phone screening. After the phone screening I moved on to the interview stage was took place 3 days later. The interview questions were very generic and they were just looking to get to know you.

Basic behavioural questions and what do you expect for pay. It was with the HR advisor and HR student at the time. It was a very casual and standard interview process.
