There were 2 stages, stage 1 was a sparkhire (one-way interview) and the next was a virtual 30 minute interview with the HR Manager and HR Coordinator. Overall, very chill interview.
The first round was recorded video interview with around 5 questions.
The second round was a virtual interview with HR on Microsoft Teams. It was pretty straightforward. However, some of it felt repetitive since there were some overlapping questions in the 2 interviews.
It was a very nice process, it was an in person interview where I interviewed with 2 managers and got to know the company well and the managers. It wasn't difficult, I didn't get the position because someone more qualified had applied and got the job.
