I had a initial interview with the corporate recruiter. After this I had a phone interview with the Assistant Director and Hiring Manager of the department. It went well so they flew me out to interview in person. This whole process took around a week. The company paid all expenses to come out. It was nice. The interview went good. Everyone seem to like me and took me to lunch. But after the interview I heard nothing from the company. No rejection or anything just kind of ghosted. If thats how the company operates then I’m glad I didn’t get the position. Got a much better offer from another company in the area.
