The interview process was very easy, comfortable, and efficient. After a half hour initial interview I was asked to take an aptitude test and then a follow up interview. The entire process took place online. In a little over a week I was ready to begin the onboarding process, although this may have been quicker if I had been more available at the time. The interviewer, Jenna, and all other staff with whom I had contact were very welcoming, direct, and happy to answer any questions I had. Overall it was one of the best interview experiences I've had.
