It was a mock tutor session over Slack, it was very efficient I felt to be able to. test someone's ability to handle new questions on time. This happened after the phone interview
Conducted over the phone, interview asked standard questions about past experience tutoring, how you would manage a difficult situation. As part of the application, a online quiz was given to test for adequacy in selected tutor subjects.

Entretien
The questions were situational; how would you react to a kid being rude? How would you explain 5x5 to a 5 year old? When you faced a challenging situation how did you react?
Was a fairly easy process. Did a phone screen with one of the managers where she asked me about my school situation and just some basic questions about why I wanted the job. Then did a trial session where I had to walk a fake student through a calculus question.
