I applied online. I spoke with a recruiter over the phone. I thought the interview was nice and the person I spoke with was easy to talk to. She was friendly, answered all the questions I had, etc. Even though I didn't move on to the next round, I thought the interview process was good.

I did a Skype interview with a couple members of the Orlando office. I was an intern initially and came back so we just went over my postgraduate experience in the interim. It took an hour or so!
