I applied through Indeed and was contacted by HR for a 15-minute screening call, which was then followed by a numerical and behavioural assessment. The final panel interview included several managers who did not appear to take the process seriously — they joined the interview wearing tracksuits and seemed quite casual despite it being the last stage. After the interview, HR ghosted me for nearly two months, despite my follow-up emails. Eventually, they informed me of my rejection, claiming they had lost my records. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and disorganised.
