It was a two rounds of phone screen and decision was made in 2 weeks. Questions were mainly behavioral and on resume. It was not that difficult, company was clear about their requirements.
Great interview, behavioral star questions that ask about who you are as a person, how you solve problems and how well you work on a team. 2 rounds with offer weeks after 2nd round. Interview process takes too long, the whole process was spread over months.
