Standard application - CV and cover letter, online numerical tests and interview. Would be beneficial to focus on that fact that you specialise at PA consulting in a certain area, which is quite different to other companies.

Met three senior leaders, each interview one hour. None of them were connected in anyway, seemed messy and chaotic, God knows how many more rounds there was going to be so I gave them an ultimatum.

Good professional interview process initially - yet to hear the results and suspect I never will. Second interviewer seemed to look for network connections and not be interviewing for the same role as the first interview. Also one hour scheduled and interviewer immediately said only had thirty minutes…. Second interviewer did not appear to enjoy working there …
Met with 4 different partners and needed to present a partner / MC case around my business plan. We then had a discussion on which level I would be best to come in at
