Coding test followed by a 30 minute phone interview and then an assessment day. Assessment day involved 3 parts. A group presentation, a 1-1 interview and a case study (role play being a consultant).

The interview process was organised and swift. I applied online and then was emailed about a phone interview approximately 10 days later. This lasted approximately 30 minutes, and at the end of the conversation I was told that I would definitely be invited to the next stage. The next day I was sent a link to a code test. Upon completion, I was emailed 2 days later with an invitation to the assessment centre which was in one week's time. The assessment day was very well organised, with good materials and tips provided beforehand, and split into three sections: case study, interview and group task. Usually, a final interview in required with a partner, but I was fortunate that I did my case study with the partner in question and so I managed to bypass this section. They rang me around two hours after I left the assessment centre and offered me the job there and then. Overall, a positive experience.
