Very pretentious interview process. They almost seem to take pleasure in the amount of unpaid labor they put you through before even offering you an INTERVIEW. To be fair they do tell you most of this up front so you’re better off listening and investing your time elsewhere.

Create a Power BI dashboard from a sample dataset. Note that the report that they give you to replicate is intentionally wrong, as if the whole process wasn’t tedious enough already.

Beware of time-consuming and unclear interview assignments. I encountered repeated data inconsistencies and incomplete information in the preliminary stages of the interview process, leading to significant time spent troubleshooting without adequate guidance. Despite reaching out multiple times for clarification, each new insight required further adjustments, which felt excessive for an initial screening exercise. I submitted the assignment in an incomplete state due to the lack of clarity and the disproportionate effort needed. Before committing, consider reading similar reviews—other candidates have reported similar experiences.
