Interview process was mix with behavioral and technical question. Go over your energy conversion course. Will ask about single and 3 phase. As well know the formula for power factor and know the range from med voltage and low voltage. Have 1-3 people interviewing you. It’s a tough interview because you have to please each person. I had a connection with one guy but the other guy was super serious and just simply felt like he was force to be there.

Interview process began with an easy prescreening call that mostly involved housekeeping information--job location, work eligibility, etc. Then moved on to panel interview where I talked to two senior team members.
