I got a call about a week after I applied online about setting up an in person interview, which was two days later. I met with one of the three managers who asked
me about myself and my past experience. He said he wanted me to interview with the other managers the next day so I did. They all asked the same questions. All interviews were around 5 mins each.

Traditional customer service questions focused on my experience, scenario-based problem-solving, and communication. The conversations were friendly and professional. The interview as basically just checking if I was friendly and professional.
