Sat down and chatted about previous experience. Asked if I had food handlers card and went through some scenarios of how I would work in a team. Chatted with assistant manager and general manager separately.

Entretien
Really easy. Three interviews, first one was about the times I was available and the second one had more questions about job related/situational things. The third interview was more of a meeting, where I told the GM my skills/work history, and they told me what I'd be doing at the job and also gave me books for being a food runner. The first interview was with their newest manager, second interview was with their assistant manager, and the third interview was with the GM of the restaurant. If you make it to the third interview you pretty much have the job.

Entretien
The interview was quick and easy, they gave me the benefit of the doubt with no experience and hired me. I was working in a couple weeks after training. I really have no complaints about the hiring process.
