Two interviews ( 1 HR screening and 1 interview with Senior Manager)
Interview with HR was over the phone and about 30 minutes, standard interview questions ( i.e why you want to leave previous company, why oxford, why this role, what do you do in your previous position). Then HR explains the role and the next steps.
Interview with Senior manager was a mix of behavioral and technical. Make sure your know your resume as the interviewer runs through this. It was an hour-long and half of it was me asking questions about the job.
